After a consultation with you, I will suggest a treatment plan consisting of either a single technique or a combination of healing modalities that are likely to be of the most benefit to you.

I am especially interested in the connections between mind, body and spirit and look at the energetic and psychological effects of essential oils - including their use in meditation, visualisation and hypnomassage - as well as their biochemical and clinical properties.

I am an ITEC qualified aromatherapist, reflexologist, and massage therapist (including deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head, remedial and sports injury massage and hypnomassage). I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation and a fully qualified hypnotherapist, coach and Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).

I run a multidisciplinary clinic on Wednesdays at the Blue Lotus Therapy Centre at Scorrier, just outside Redruth (free parking available). To make a booking email me or phone/text 07595 259 307.
